We have a no return policy for our custom tumbler cups and Bucket hats, we only accept returns if we have made an error with your order or the item arrived damaged.
Please send an image of the damaged cup/ hat within 7 days of receiving the cup. Please enquire and send the image to thechillvibeslounge@outlook.com
If the image is not sent 7 days after receiving item, unfortunately a refund cannot be issued.
Rest assured as our brands expands, the refund policy will be updated.

Returns and refunds for faulty products only. Please take a picture 5 days of receiving the product.
The chill vibes lounge will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund your neon sign.
Customers take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs and resend shipment costs.
If they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
1 year warranty on all neon signs, this does not include personal damages. This only includes signs that have stopped working.
